Punem tot ardeii si rosiile scurse in blender, blenduim bine, dupa ce suntem multumite de rezultat, adaugam apa in care au fiert rosiile in functie de textura dorita. Daca ne place mai groasa sau mai subtire, eu una prefer mai groasa, punem inapoi pe foc si potrivim de sare si piper, si adaugam putin ulei de masline,se poate adauga usturoi, busuioc, orice va inspira.</div>

Eu iubesc in fiecare zi si nu doar acum de Valentine..si incerc in fiecare zi sa daruiesc ceva care sa ma faca sa ma simt mai aproape de sufletul lui,fie si o vorba buna,o imbratisare sau un simplu te iubesc.<br />
Asta nu inseamna ca nu imi plac zilele cu o semnificatie anume,aniversarea noastra,ziua in care ne-am logodit sau cand ne-am mutat impreuna.<br />

Ce vreau eu sa spun de fapt este, ca avem acum un prilej de a ne declara noua iubire.Sa ne facem o declaratie in care sa ne indragostim de noi insine,in care sa ne iubim si sa ne acceptam cu bune si rele.<br />

Si parca aveam ochelari de cal.Unghile erau jalnice, pielea incarcata,dureri de la prea mult mancat,pofte exagerate,proasta dispozitie,eram nervoasa.<br />

Tot ce ma interesa era sa nu ma ingras, aveam zile cand ma infometam si zile cand cedam si mancam tot ce prindeam in cale chiar daca nu imi facea placere,dar imi zicem ca de maine.Sfantul "maine" pe care toate il stiu.<br />

Ma simteam vinovata si groaznic in pielea mea, si cu cat ma simteam mai rau cu atat aveam mai multe episoade de astea.Eram asa obsedata de scopul meu de a slabi incat nu vedeam ca asta era problema mea.Ma concentram pe scopul gresit si de aceea de 2 ani ma chinuiam sa slabesc 6 kg amarate si nu imi reusea,m intorceam in acelasi loc de unde am plecat, dar de 2 ori mai dezamagita de mine.<br />

Am invatat singura, pe pielea mea dupa ce am dus multe lupte interiore cu mine.Nu am putut vorbi cu nimeni pentru ca imi era rusine sa zic "sunt obsedata de mancare", "nu ma pot opri din mancat", "ma urasc".<br />
Nu am vrut sa accept ca mi se intampla mie.Am luat-o ca pe o joaca, si m-a costat mult, si inca ma costa, dar sunt constienta ca trebuie sa traiesc cu consecintele faptelor mele.<br />

<b>Elibereaza-te de acele ganduri toxice.Esti o femeie minunata,meriti ceva mai bun,meriti iubire si respect si nu te mai pedepsi cu mancarea</b>.<br />

Pana nu ai sa inlocuiesti acel gand cu "vreau sa slabesc" cu "vreau sa fiu sanatoasa, sa ma simt bine in pielea mea" nu vei iesi din acest cerc vicios al mancarii.Cand esti pusa in fata "tentatiilor" nu te mai gandi ca "nu,ingrasa" spune-ti "nu,e toxic si nu ma face sa ma simt bine".<br />
Si daca totusi vrei sa mananci,fa-o dar fa-o constient si opreste-te cand esti satula,asculta-ti organismul si daca stomacul spune stop arunca prajitura din mana si opreste-te femeie pentru ca e si maine o zi.<br />
<b>Nu te mai gandi ca daca totusi ai mancat niste cartofi si un desert ce mai conteaza inca unul?conteaza...e ca si cum iti scapi telefonul pe jos si iti spui "daca tot l-am scapat pe jos ia sa il arunc pe geam".</b>Nu esti intr-o dieta, acum incerci sa iti schimb obiceiurile alimentare si trebuie sa procedezi total opus fata cum procedai inainte.<br />

Atunci cand simti ca esti pe cale de a avea un episod in care nu poti sa te controlezi gandeste-te asa"Drumul din staga-vechiurile tale obiceiuri", iar "drumul din dreapta-noile tale obiceiuri ", si gandeste-te cateva secunde si spune-ti ca vrei obiceiuri noi, ganduri noi si incredere in proprile forte, drumul din dreapta e drumul pe care vrei sa il urmezi.<br />

Sunt oameni care nu reusesc sa treaca peste o experienta traumatizanta in viata lor si se imprietenesc prea mult cu mancarea.<br />
Daca te numeri printre ei te sfatuiesc sa incerci sa gasesti cauza si elibereaza-te, cauta un ajutor profesional sau un prieten.<br />
Este o problema serioasa, trateaz-o ca atare daca nu iti vei face foarte mult rau.<br />

<b>7.Nu mai cauta solutii rapide, pentru ca ele te-au adus aici.Gandeste pe termen lung si vei fi castigata.</b><br />

Nu va fi usor, dar ce iti pot spune e ca atat timp cat tu nu renunti la tine vei trece peste asta.Trateaza-ti corpul cu respect asculta si va fi cel mai bun prieten al tau.<br />

Accepta si imbratiseaza partile negative, nu mai lupta contra.<br />

Foarte fain si foarte distractiv, dupa mult timp am facut sport fara sa ma gandesc cand se termina.Mi-a placut.<br />
Sunt 8 parti,ultimele 2 sunt de relaxare.<br />

Am transpirat bine.Nu ma asteptam sa fie atat de solicitant.:)<br />
