Prajitura cu afine si crema de branza

Aceasta reteta de prajitura este a Annei Olson!A iesit o prajitura atat de buna...frageda, pufoasa si crocanta in acelasi timp, dulce si acrisoara de la afine. si putin cremoasa de la branza...o nebunie..

Ingrediente blat de baza(cana=250 ml)

100 g unt/ margarina

Juma de cana de zahar

1 ou

1 lingurita de esenta de vanilie

Juma de cana de lapte

2 cani de faina

1 plic praf de copt

Un varf de cutit de sare


Crema de branza

225 g de branza la temperatura camerei

40 g zahar

o lingurita de esenta de vanilie

Un ou

2 cani de afine

Crusta

40 g zahar

40 g faina

Jumatate de lingurita de scortisoara

3 linguri de unt

Mod de preparare
Blatul de baza

Amestecam untul, zaharul pana devine galbui si cremos.

Adaugam oul si vanilia

Cernem impreuna faina adaugam alternative laptele pana se incorporeaza, adaugam aluatul in tava

Crema de branza

Bateti crema de branza pana devine moale.Adaugati zahar si mixam bine, adaugam vanilia si oul si amestecam bineAdugam crema de branza peste aluatul de prajitura si adaugam p deasupra affine.

Crusta

Intr-un bol mic adaugam zaharul si scortisoara, adaugam untul, farmitam cu mainile pana nu mai este

vizibil untul

Adaugam compozitia deasupra afinelor si coacem pentru 35-50 min


Eu am lasat-o 50 de min, si mi s-a ars putin!asa ca de la 40 min fiti pe faza!Incercati cu o scobitoare!dupa ce e gata am lasat-o sa se raceasca in cuptorul deschis 5 min!

Trebuie lasata sa se raceasca complet si abia apoi trebuie taiata! dar cine a mai avut rabdare?:)

Blueberry Cream Cheese Cake

Ingredients:

Cake:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk

Cream Cheese Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups blueberries

Streusel
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter

Cake

Preheat oven to 350º F.

Cream together butter and sugar until pale yellow and creamy. Add egg and vanilla and beat in.

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add alternately with milk until incorporated. Scrape batter into cake pan and spread evenly.

Cream Cheese Filling

Beat cream cheese until very smooth. Gradually add sugar, scraping the sides of the mixing bowl well. Add vanilla and blend. Add egg and mix well..

Spoon cream cheese filling over cake batter. Top with blueberries.

Streusel

In small bowl blend sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter with your fingers until crumbly and no large bits of butter are visible.

Sprinkle streusel on top of berries and bake for 50-60 minutes.
