1 cana juma de tarate
o cana juma de fulgi de ovaz
3 cani de faina integrala
100 g susan
50 g seminte de in macinate
4 linguri fructoza
o lingurita scortisoara
1 lingurita nucsoara
apa cat cuprine(cam o cana jum)
2 linguri ulei
1 esenta de vanilie
1 lingurita bicarbonat

Dam la cuptor pentru 10-15 min, daca ii vreti mai crocanti ii lasati mai mult dar atentie sa nu se arda:))..

ACeasta reteta este potrivita si pentru faza 1 si faza 2 a regimului montignac, dar nu au voie sa fie combinati cu grasimi!

Foarte buni ! Merci mult ! I-am facut acasa si sunt f deliciosi. Eu am pus mai multa apa si era compozitia mai moale si atunci am luat cu lingurita si am pus in palmele ude (compozitia din lingurita), le-am facut bilute si le-am presat tot in palme.
