Ingrediente
BLAT (cana are 250 ml) si tava este de 33cm / 20 cm
1 cana jum faina integrala, 1 cana tarate, 2 linguri gluten(optional), 2 linguri cacao
400 ml lapte(apa +smantana acra sau se poate folosi lapte de soia sau smantana dulce dorna 15%, iaurt, chefir)
1 ou
putin bicarbonat
un varf de sare
3 linguri fructoza
arome la alegere(eu nu am mai pus , si park trebuia)
CREMA
400 ml frisca lichida(smantana dulce dorna 32%)
200 crema de branza
esenta de rom
visine din compot conform
4-5 linguri fructoza
putina ciocolata dark rasa 85 % cacao(min 70 %)
gelatina(optional)
Mod de preparare
amestecam faina, cacao, bicarbonatul, fructoza si sarea
adugam laptele, oul si amestecam
turnam in tava tapetata cu foaie de copt si dam la cuptor pentru 20-30 min!incercam cu scobitoarea!
intre timp ne apucam de crema
amestecam crema de branza cu 2 linguri fructoza si esenta de rom
batem frisca bine cu restul de fructoza si cand e gata amestecam cu crema de branza
